Procrastination and time management go hand in han Procrastination and time management go hand in hand 😅 because if we procrastinate, it often means that time is being wasted on trivial tasks instead of the important things we need to get done ✨ who’s #guilty?
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
My top 3 tips to combat procrastination so you don’t fall into any of the above traps:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. It’s okay to be uncomfortable — Sometimes you just feel so comfortable doing easy tasks and waste all of your time on that. For success, you need to learn to be uncomfortable. Getting up and doing a difficult task is really difficult but is key to accomplish your goals
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Set your goals and write them down — if you can see the goals you want to achieve often, you are more likely to take steps towards achieving them by prioritizing what’s most important to you
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Start taking action now — Instead of just thinking about everything you need to do, it is important to take action. Even a small step taken now will add up in the end
